When to Call Right Away
- Dishwasher, refrigerator, or washing-machine overflows
- Broken supply lines under sinks or toilets
- Water-heater failures
- Rainwater intrusion after storms
Clean-water incidents (Category 1) are the most restorable. Sewage backups (Category 3) require a certified remediation company — not a carpet cleaner — and often full carpet and pad removal for safety.
Our Water Extraction Process
- Assess the affected area and identify the water source
- Extract standing water and saturation from carpet and pad
- Set airflow to accelerate drying
- Reinspect and communicate whether pad replacement is likely needed
Realistic Expectations
We do not perform structural drying, mold remediation, or insurance-scope restoration. When damage exceeds carpet-level extraction, we will tell you and recommend calling a full restoration contractor.
